Subcontractor Training

Welcome to the Kentucky Medicaid Subcontractor Training

The contract between WellCare of Kentucky and the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services requires all subcontractors to be knowledgeable of and comply with the Medicaid Managed Care contract requirements.

Training topics include, but are not limited to:

• Kentucky Subcontractor Orientation

• Kentucky Medical Advice and Behavioral Health Crisis Line

Subcontractor staff must complete the applicable training module and the subcontractor’s delegated trainer must submit this Attestation Report with the names of all staff who completed the training. Attestations should be emailed to: SM_KYSubcontractors@wellcare.com.
