Due to a change with the United States Postal Service, we are changing the mailing address for clinical appeals and grievances to:

Our Quick Reference Guide posted on the WellCare of Kentucky public website as well as all other impacted printed materials are currently in process of being updated to reflect the change as well.

This change does not affect any clinical appeals or grievances submitted electronically within the secure provider portal.
